Make Six-Figures As A Notary

The Step-By-Step Road Map

I started my notary business with no experience, no mentor, no courses.

And as a result, I made… no money.

My first month in the business I pulled in about $600 bucks.

The following month I cracked $1K.

I hovered in the $2,000 - $6,000 range for a few months.

But before I threw in the towel and went back to focusing solely on real estate, I took the time to teach myself, all of the things you don’t learn when becoming a licensed notary, and that’s when my business really took off.

Fast-forward to today, I typically pull in about 8 - $10K a month, I make over $100,000 a year, and I work less than 3 hours a day.

After I cracked the code to making six-figures a year as an independent notary, I created a simple to follow self-paced course that teaches other aspiring entrepreneurs and side-hustlers how to do the same.

Step 1: Take My Course

It’s the Quickest Route You Can Take To Make $8,000 - $10,000 / Month

If you’re completely new to the notary space (like I was), the very first thing you should do is sign up for My Course.

It’s A Step-By-Step Guide To Getting Started As A Notary and Scaling Your 1-Person Business To $100,000 of Income per Year.

Self-paced, all inclusive courses such as the one that I’ve created didn’t exist when I was just getting started in the business.

There was no blue-print or manual to making money as a notary.

So after I learned the ropes and taught myself everything I needed to know in order to consistently clear $8K - $10K a month, I documented all of the most important aspects of operating an independent notary business and packed them all into a course.

Now it’s The Nation’s #1 Notary Course and it helps entrepreneurs with two specific things: getting started as a notary and making six-figures.

Step 2: Get Your License

Contrary to what you may think, your notary commission is one of the easiest state licenses to secure.

In most states - including California - you can become licensed in a single day!

In Section 2 Module 1 of my course, I walk you through the exact steps you must take to secure your license.

You can access the module and the full course by clicking here: Access the Full Course

Step 3: Set Up Your Online Presence (Site, Google Biz Profile)

After you’ve finished the course and passed the state exam to become a notary, you’re just about ready to start making money.

The very next thing you want to do is create an online presence for your business.

This includes securing a domain name, building out a simple website, and setting up you’re Google Business Profile.

I walk through all of this in Section 3 of The Course - How To Create A Killer Web Presence That Attracts Clients.

You can access the module and the full course by clicking here: Access the Full Course

Step 4: Put Your Systems In Place (Square and Zelle)

Your second to last step is going to be putting all of your systems in place.

This includes setting your business up to accept card and electronic payments and also adding all of your Essential Templates to your notes.

I compiled a comprehensive guide called Six-Figure Notary Business Systems: The Templates That Will Save You Time and Help You Grow Your Business.

In the guide I share all of the templates I use on a daily business to run a six-figure notary business from my smartphone.

Step 5: Start Taking Appointments

By this time you should have received your seal in the mail.

With your stamp in hand, you’re ready to start taking appointments and making money.

These five simple steps are an abbreviated version of the six-figure notary business blueprint.
